DIAGNOSTICs
Laser scanning and
geodetic surveying
The geometry of the building subjected to potential reconstruction generally does not correspond to the original design and often exceeds the imposed constrains or parameters. During the research that precedes the design stage, it is necessary to determine the current geometry and detect any possible deviations.
Sub Vision d.o.o. offers services of 3D laser scanning and terrestrial surveying trough the research and diagnostics phase, as well as monitoring after the remediation or during the service life.

Displacement and deformation measurement
A significant part of the damage caused during the building service life is the result of an inappropriate design solution, errors in the construction process or unforeseen influences. The most common manifestation of such circumstances is the appearance of cracks and deformations that exceed the allowable constrains and affect the durability and functionality of the building.
Sub vision d.o.o. provides deformation measurement services. The measurement range can be limited to a specific impact and period of time or it can be continuous throughout the building’s service life.
GPR radar diagnostics
GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) is a non-destructive method of examining the structure and foundations by measuring the reflections of the emitted electromagnetic pulse from discontinuities, plumbing installations, steel reinforcement, heterogeneous zones and cavities in the tested medium. Based on the interpretation of the results, we can obtain data on geometric and mechanical properties of the structure and material.
