Design is a multidisciplinary process of creating documentation in accordance with the legal and professional framework regarding the construction, remediation, reconstruction or removal of a structure. In the cases of remediation or reconstruction, it also includes implementation of preliminary research, collection of existing documentation and the analysis of the current condition of the building.
The company Sub Vision d.o.o. specializes in remediation and reconstruction projects, including structural protection and repair, as well as the strengthening and increasing of the structural load-bearing capacity. We deal with infrastructural, industrial and residential buildings, as well as with cultural heritage.
We create preliminary test programs for design purposes. Using our own resources, we perform in-situ testing, geodetic surveying, 3D laser scanning, GPR diagnostics, sampling and laboratory processing in order to determine the actual mechanical properties of the materials and structures.
Such an approach provides our clients with a unique service that ensures the most appropriate and feasible solution for remedy or reconstruction, as well as the reduction of unforeseen costs. In addition, it is possible to set a precise deadline.
