Diagnostics
Diagnostics of the structure’s current state provides the data necessary to determine the remediation or reconstruction approach in cases of incomplete documentation, as well as the parameters for maintenance range assessment during the service period. Diagnostics can be performed periodically during the building’s service life or continuously as real-time monitoring.
Design
Design is a multidisciplinary process of creating documentation in accordance with the legal and professional framework regarding the construction, remediation, reconstruction or removal of a structure. In the cases of remediation or reconstruction, it also includes implementation of preliminary research, collection of existing documentation and the analysis of the current condition of the building.
SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION WORKS
Special construction works refer to a set of works that require special equipment, materials, knowledge and skills that are not required in standard construction procedures. Special works usually provide properties that cannot be achieved through standard procedures. They also restore the fundamental properties to the building if they have been compromised during construction or use.
